SUBSTANCE MISUSE SERVICES IN THE COUNTY – LIVE ON PHARMOUTCOMES FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER

All providers contracted to Derbyshire County Council for the provision of Supervised Consumption and/or the Needle and Syringe Programme are required to use PharmOutcomes with effect from 1st September 2015. All providers should all now have logons for PharmOutcomes. If any pharmacy still requires a logon, please call the helpdesk on 01983 216699 to obtain an activation code. Once you have received this, go to the Home Page at www.pharmoutcomes.org and enter your code to receive your logon details.

Please note the following message from the commissioner has already been posted on your PharmOutcomes Home page. You will see it when you  log on (this, of course, only applies is your pharmacy is contracted to provide the service/s).

Readiness to use PharmOutcomes

Please confirm that your pharmacy is ready to use PharmOutcomes for the monitoring of substance misuse services (supervised consumption of methadone and buprenorphine; needle and syringe programme) from 1st September. Note this system requires entry of registration and activity data and replaces the previous paper-based monitoring system.
If you have any problems or queries please contact Nik.Howes@derbyshire.gov.uk
