INFORMATION FOR HEALTH CHAMPIONS – 2017 HEALTH PROFILES PUBLISHED
Public Health England has published the 2017 Health Profiles which provide a snapshot of health and wellbeing for each local authority in England:

Health Profiles are intended as ‘conversation starters’ to highlight local issues and priorities; Health Champions need to explore these so that they are fully up to date with local health priorities, as discussed at your training sessions
