HSCIC issues SCR update

In particular, your attention is draw to the ‘In Perpetuation’ (for regular patients/those with dosettes for example) and ‘Proxy’ (for residential and nursing homes for example) arrangements. These can help you gain efficiencies and reduce phone calls to patients, homes or surgeries.

Also ‘SCR should be used to support decision making’ – consider it as a tool to consider to use if you have a query rather than contact the GP surgery perhaps.
