Digital Minor Injury Referral Service (DMIRS) Launch Event

The Digital Minor Illness Referral Service (DMIRS) starts in the East Midlands, including Derbyshire, in October 2018
Referrals are made to Community Pharmacy for low acuity illness from NHS 111 (DHU Healthcare Ltd) using PharmOutcomes. The patient attends the pharmacy for a consultation and the outcome maybe advice only, advice and sale of a product or escalation. This service is funded by the Pharmacy Integration Fund and attracts a fee of £14 for each consultation when completed on PharmOutcomes.
This launch event will provide you with all the context, details and information you will need to run the service successfully in your Pharmacy. There will also be opportunity to ask questions and learn from colleagues in the North East who have been running the service since December 2017.
Hot buffet available from 6.30pm
We know this event will be very popular and as such is primarily for the Pharmacist who will be providing the service. Should the Pharmacist be unable to attend then a suitable deputy will be welcome.
