How long have you worked in pharmacy?

Just little shy of 14 years

 What is your favourite thing about the job?

Having the title ‘Responsible Pharmacist’ to confirm that I am as such!

 What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?

A pilot

 If you could learn to do anything at all, what would it be?

I would love to learn new languages like French, Spanish, Arabic and Russian

 If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

Nothing until the money is in my bank account!

 If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?

Buddha

 When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

Eat, sleep, rave, repeat – in no particular order…

 How do you define success in life?

Being content

What’s your favourite indoor/outdoor activity?

A long slow run

 What is the title of your favourite book?

I honestly cannot remember the last book I finished, let along any favourite book to speak of

 What chore do you absolutely hate doing?

Taking the bins out

 What three traits define you?

My straight talking, my impatience, and my ability to sleep whenever and wherever

 Do you have a favourite film?

I cannot recall a film which I have sat through

 Do you have a favourite sport to watch or play?

I could watch tennis all day

 Can you share a guilty pleasure?

There is no pleasure I would feel guilty about at all

 What gets on your nerves?

I will save this for another interview, though you will have to give me 60 minutes and not seconds

 What would you name the autobiography of your life?

Put this damn book down, and go and live your life

 If you could change one thing about pharmacy, what would it be?

The long shifts and the long hours which come with the job
